With over a combined 16 years of working in the industry, having their own successful property management company was a long-term goal both Chloe and Allan shared for some time. Fast forward to 2020 and they’re finally put motions in place to fulfill that goal. Chloe and Allan want to make a positive impact in the industry and with the business model being built around honesty, transparency, and trust, they intend to do just that.

    Elousise , no wordst to express hw helpfull you were with my query, not only u listened to me patienly, u understood the impmortance of the call. You email to my soilictor was sent out within minutes of me ending the call. Plus my solictor got all the answers to the queries. You trusted me with my words and ur tust was answered by my soilictor confirming that the payment was made . You are an angel, thank you and God Bless you.

    Unable to get hold of anyone

    Unable to get hold of anyone. I am purchasing a property managed by this company, the sellers have never heard of them and do not have the 12 digit customer ref required to speak to someone on the phone. My solicitors and myself have been emailing and using the online form for weeks and have not had any replies. This is causing additional stress that is not needed at the moment and holding up the rest of the chain unnecessarily.

    Trying to get information from this company …

    I am trying to sell my flat but have had issues with this company who have bought the freehold from Freehold Managers. Myself and my solicitor are trying to get an information pack but cannot talk to anyone and have had no response via the online contact form.

    Remarkably speedy & super helpful!

    I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 very helpful members of the HomeGround team. We are in the process of selling our property which has been going very slowly, I called after making a request for a legal pack, and wanted to understand how long this request would take. I spoke to Ben who was beyond helpful, answered all my questions and followed up with an email with everything we spoke about. I called back the next day after speaking with my solicitor and he and Tamara from Legal were able to help me super quickly. I have had a wonderful experience with this team. My advice to anyone struggling would be to pick up the phone and speak to a human 🙂

    Excellent service

    Elouise was incredibly helpful and empathetic when assisting me in securing the Consent to Assign and Consent to Occupy for the buyer of my property at Aire Valley Court.

    Without her assistance in securing these documents in a timely manner, it is likely that my buyer would have pulled out from purchasing the property.

    EXTREMELY SLOW TO RESPOND – holding up my property sale!

    Extremely slow to respond, they are now outwith their 3-5 day SLA’s for responding to my solicitors.
    This shocking customer service is the only thing holding up the sale of my property.
    Homeground have been asked to provide very simple information relating to the notice of assignment.

    I dealt with Luke who was very polite and efficient. This was an urgent request and he explained clearly what I had to do in order to obtain the pack required.
    I recieved the required documents within 15 minutes!
